    Sounds like a good plan. I like single training for singles, I feel I get more out of getting my body ready for the heavy weights than I do from a little extra hypertrophy work. Also yeah the site was down for a while for me too.

    I'd guess you should be able to add 2.5kg to your max in 8 weeks even with just doing a single rep per workout. I'd also imagine you could probably put on 10kg on your max if you trained properly but whatevs.

    If you can bench 255 you must have a couple of years of training under your belt and you should know what you can accomplish. While it is entirely speculative I am going to say it is highly unlikely that you will achieve your goal. Why not just focus on your arms and let them grow?
