    Is creatine useful as a muscle sparing supplement during one's cutting phase? I don't want to spend money if I don't have to, but I tend to lose a lot of muscle while trying to lose fat. Opinions?

    Normally I use flax seed oil. I was wondering, though, about the omega 3s I've seen in pill form. I was thinking that they must have fewer calories and every little bit helps when cutting. So, do these pills work the same (or anywhere near as well) as flax/fish oil etc? anyone? Bueller?
