    So Old & Grey, how exactly do you eat then? Meaning, how do you manage your macro's? I've thought of doing that and just eating slightly above maintenance as you do. As much as i love the results of bulking or cutting, i've allways just wanted to stay pretty much lean and gradually add weight.

    I can vouch for that! 5xweek full body and it don't matter when i blow my diet out of the water, the fat gain is minimal if at all. I can't imagine 12xweek.

    I've done 5xweek because it's nice to have the whole weekend off of lifting. I did 1 set per exercise, and at the time was emphasizing chest and arms and was doing 2 sets for those. During heavy weights, that was definately pushing it for chest and arms. But they grew faster as planned. =)

    I wonder that too if it really is the healthiest way to eat. I don't see anything wrong with oatmeal, potatoes, and what not. But if paleo is the optimal menu for health, then i'd eat like that. Only thing that really changes is your carbs solely come from fruits and veggies, no more potatoes...

    Although i find it hard to do, i'd say slow, consistant and dedicated attention to your diet/working out would be key. I tend to go for the extremes, it's either a cut or bulk.
