    You might want to just do 2 sets for the second week as well for the 10s and 5s. Dont get flustered, its really not that big of a deal if you only did 1 set in one of the second weeks of a rep block, you didnt blow anything. Joe G

    The first weeks of many strength programs are somewhat of a deloading phase because you will be ramping up your weights starting with lower weights. So you might wind up deloading without even really realizing it. Joe G

    Apparently bringing the bar up to your chin works more traps while bringing the bar only to your clavical works more delts. I think I read DKM say that somewhere in the forum. Joe G

    2nd HST Cycle

    After 8 weeks of Single Factor and 11 days of SD I started my HST cycle today. It feels great to be back! And wow did I have a good SD! I was getting a great pump with real light weights and it felt great. I added in T-Bar rows, I think it was a nice addition to my routine. Joe G
