    I was under the impression that it was supposed to be your 15 rep max I could not image that someones 15 rep max would be 5 pounds? I am also on 15's and i am going heavy as i can for 15 on the first set.

    Yeah i am currently trying to cut. I do not like the zig zag method either and i dont think i will do it again. Thanks for the advise.... about the ephra though what is the problem with taking one after breakfast and maybe before a workout? I have used years ago to lose weight and it worked well.

    not a expert yet but from what i have read people believe that working out 5 or 6 days a week is the best That is the general belief from most of the experts here... but i would be afraid of the overtraining too... i think doing just one or 2 sets per body part puts your body into a muscle...
