    Is every other day critical with HST?

    Most sample workout I see are Monday, Wed, Friday... Is it critical that they be spaced this way? Or Would Mon, Wed, Sat. be ok too? I'll be trying this out in a few weeks after I finish my current program. Thanks!

    They're different products. Some people don't respond well to straight creatine monohydrate....myself included. I also didn't care for the loading phase or the water weight which is typical with it. No loading with V12, better pumps, and you don't take on water weight. V12 may be pricey...but...

    I agree with this. Much below that level and you'll be recruiting the back into the movement. That said, you want to go far enough that you feel a good stretch in the hammy and allow them to do the work getting the weight back up.
