    Would doing 2 sets of triceps on my alternate day help or hinder growth? They seem to be lagging so I wanted to increase frequency. I'm currently doing them 3 days per week and want to increase to 6 days per week. Is 24 hours enough recovery time since I'm only doing 2 sets each day?

    Why? You could work only upper body and avoid leg exercises like squats, leg press, calf raises, SLDL, leg curls, leg extensions. Then when you are SD'ing your upper body, work only legs. Anyways, just wondering...

    The upper 2 "sections" of my abs are very different in size. The left side is normal size but the right side is barely there. My guess is that my genetics caused the tendons over the muscle to be unaligned or something :P But really I have no idea.

    I'm pretty sure that symmetry is completely based on genetics. I'm also pretty sure that your abs are actually 1 big muscle with tendons over it, which divides it into the different sections. And I'm POSITIVE that you can't make 1 part of a muscle bigger than another part of the same muscle...
