    How low are your carbs during the week? I believe I remember you saying that you are more or less at your limit for muscular gains, would you be doing the approach above if you were still trying to add mass?

    Lifespan, Caloric Intake, and Weight on the frame

    If you are eating mostly nutrititous foods, I can't see how a surplus of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants would cause you to die sooner. Life is very short. Don't stress out over little things. Eat, lift, and have fun while you are here.
