    Well, to each his own. I don't think it is possible to get as strong a grip I am looking for without directly training your crush, support, and pinch grip. At least we can both agree on HST! -TennisDude

    KTA is a grip based program. The only thing this would effect on HST is deadlifts. I would probably have to save my grip for KTA, so I'd have to use straps on deadlifts. -TennisDude

    Good idea. As I remember reading somewhere, your body doesn't know how much weight it is lifting, only that it is hard. So, as long as it is near my max, and I increase it with each workout, like HST says to do, I think I will be fine. Thanks skinnyman, TennisDude
