well, I just started working out about 6 months ago, and only got serious about 1 month ago. Now I go to the gym 3 times a week, for about 1-2 hours at a time with a training partner.
6'1 was 155 with >5%bf and 12'' arms,
now 165 with 9%bf and 15'' arms, but still very skinny.
