    problems with Time and HST

    strangly enough, I was the ONLY person in the gym today. I don't know what took so long. Who knows I guess. Thanks for the help. BTW, what about my question about the different splits? I gues if I can keep this workout quick then I won't need to split it into upper one day and lower the next.

    HOw to you eat your oats?

    I think eating them with water, warmed in the microwave is just nasty. I use to eat them that way but I have started mixing them with water or milk in the blender. What else is there? The water and oats in the blender taste ok, I thought the milk would be better but its kinda gross
