    Sodium Usniate recommendations

Where did you obtain Sodium Usniate? I have been looking around for a bit, and my old sources no longer carry it. I wish to use it during December-January. To answer your questions: 1. No. 2. No. Yes. I spread mine out due to sheer preference. 3. I spread it out and take it daily, not...

    OTC painkillers

Are there any that are effective and do not interfere with protein synthesis and such? Ibuprofen and acetominophen blunt protein synthesis. Many NSAIDs impede connective tissue regeneration. Aspirin messes with prostaglandin synthesis. Any, weak or strong, that don't interfere?

    Aspartame, Is it safe?

It is generally safe, unless you have PKU, or you are a woman whose child is at risk of having PKU (she'd know it- tests). The rest is basically blown completely out of proportion. Don't buy into the sheeple hype. I am speaking from a Biologist's standpoint, not some alarmist that is trying...
