    There are lots of great cereals with very little carbs, like the kashi line but keep in mind when checking nutrifacts anything with a carb/sugars ration of 2:1 is junk food; try and get a 4:1 or best 6:1 ratio.

    Exactly like BoSox and baby a said; I did the diet strict form for 4 months and then did the bulk version for 6 months, this is not an easy program but bottom line it WORKS. :)

    Honestly I don't think it really makes a difference; as long as total calories are met at the end of the day. I tend to take a little Whey and 1/2 can tuna about 2 hours before bed or sometimes just Whey.

    Thanks Dan I will soon be getting my blood test and those parameters will be looked at closely. I assume I will just have to ask them to do an extra blood test for my free testosterone; usually I just had the total done. Thanks again for the free test numbers.

    yes usually not an issue at low intensity anything that has no big impact on legs, arms etc. Usually when I do cardio at low intensity while on a 8 wk cycle I do feel it especially in my legs so I just stay away. I guess a good walk is OK. :)

    maintenance only, pretty much iso, and definitely no cardio but i only do a 9 day on a 6 week cycle. Calories based on kg*24.

    Interesting, I get good and excellent on all except Deadlift, don't even get a Fair. Will have to look at this a little closer but overall I am pleased with my progress.
