    I went in to find some RMs yesturday on only 5different exercises than I'm used to using. I woke up stiff and sore as hell. Is this due to my bodies response to different/new movement/stimulus? Or am i just out of shape? :D

    Olive Oil for calories

    A little late here but I hear extra virgin olive oil is actually better then regular olive oil; it tastes better too. Just my thoughts... And I use a spoonfull or two in my protien shakes, but only when I'm out of flax or fish oils.
