    I run cardio almost 5x a week. I also just strated working legs out 2x a week. Cardio AM - Training PM. I assume this is to much work for the legs. Should I cut cardio on leg days?

    watch out now, a lot of those bars are crap. Your better off carrying around some asorted nuts and eating PB&J (natty or course). If you buy bars, look for hydroginated oils and sat fats....

    Sweet potatoes for sure - go out and get you a bunch, masht hem up, and eat them. There is your "real" whole food alternatives. And I think he means near the end of his HST program, if that is indeed what he's doing, which means SD is comming up. I would get the malto/dextro anyway...

    OK, new question: How much dextro to malto? What's the ratio? Malto = 47carbs per serving @ 1/2cup, but dextro = only 4gcarbs per serving @ "it doesnt say. It says dextro can be used in the place of table sugar, that its sweet, so I couldnt imagine using more than 1 or 2 servings...

    Deiviated from HST to find RMs ...

    Sweet, then I'm on the right track. That is my goal this cycle, thus the addition of different exercises. The upper lower split should also help - since I'll be doing multiple exercises for the same muscle. Thanks OG
