    Low weight\dumbell increments?

    I bought a set of these for easier increments with dumbells on isolation exercises where you use lighter weights: http://www.megafitness.com/shop-by-brand-platemate.html I just keep em in my gym bag and attach them to the gym's dumbells on the exercises I need em on.

    PWD- How Soon you drink it?

    I've done it both ways- drink 20-30 grams 30 mins before workout & also sip on 10-15 grams during workout- doesn't bother me (bloat or nausea) either way. There are a lot of people like Joe G who can't train with anything in their stomach, especially protein.

    I bought Charles Ridgely's e-book too. Nothing against Mr Ridgely- his stuff is a much more technical way of maintaining volume and workload through the cycle. If I were you I would just stick to the basic HST principles in the FAQ's and Pimp my HST file as Fausto says.

    I'd have to agree with Totentanz. You don't want to deprive yourself during SD or you may compromise the gains you worked hard to achieve during the cycle. Somewhere in the FAQ's Bryan stated that you should eat at least maintenance calories during SD.

    when I use flax oil I usually put it in my cottage cheese- doesn't completely hide the taste but it helps. You could also mix it with oatmeal.

    I believe the form of caffeine makes a difference in the effects. The NoDoz is caffeine anhydrous which is a purer, concentrated form. Although 300 mg is only equal to about 3 cups of coffee it's more potent. I have drunk a cup of coffee or tea before working out without the same effects.
