    Strategic Deconditioning

    I just finished one eight week cycle with a week of SD and then a six week cycle. I haven't lifted in about four days but it kills me to do so. What are the minimun number of days that I have to SD before I can start lifting again?

    how many meals a day?

    Anyone know a good site that will show me how many calories are in what? I eat 3 meals a day plus have 3 protein shakes. Sometimes I can squeeze in 4 meals but I really have no idea how many calories or how much carbs and so forth.

    how big is everyone?

    I've been lifting for 16 years and this is all I've got. I just did my first 2 cycles of HST 1) two weeks of 8, 6, 4 each then 2 weeks of 4 at my max then 1 week SD (it killed me not to lift for a week). 2) two weeks of 8, 6, 4 each. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Jer

    What do you mean too close to failure? Like on the last 2-3 workouts of a given rep range I am struggling pretty bad and on some exercises (i.e. bench press, curls) I am losing my form.
