    Quest. about warmups for 5RM

    I'm a little confused on your warming up for the 5's, because it looks like you are doing at least 4 warmup sets? The articles on HST say about 50 - 70% of the weight you are about to use should be a sufficient warmup.

    too much fibre?

    I'm not sure how much is too much but what i can tell you is that you can listen to your body to know how its reacting. I know for most people fiber makes you crap and fart like crazy, so if your bowles are going nuts I would say take it down a bit.
