    I was reading about frequency, and if u could train smart, all day long it would be ideal but not practical. Now if u did say pushups and what not during the day would it be ideal, or not usefull? and would i have to continually do more reps? or like add weight to my back?

    I just wanted to know whats going on with the rep ranges? I see alot of people doing like 15,12,10,8 etc. I was wondering if this was any better then doing the regular 15,10,5s. And do they do like a 2 weeks of 15, 2 weeks of 12 etc, or is it like 1 week of 15, one week of 12, etc?
