    Im not experienced enough to critique your work out plan, but I dont think you really need to do leg presses, deadlifts, and power cleans in teh same cycle. Thats probably overkill. Also, you should probably either choose between flatbench or incline bench and ditch the other.

    Tot, you're saying you can work out two days in a row if your body doesnt feel tired? Also, up above you said you should teriminate teh 2nd set during 15's if you are approaching failure. I do that on my 2nd set during all the rep schemes. Is that ok? Thanks
