For you maybe. If it doesn't charge when I wave my napkin at it, it's overcooked.

    HST and Steroids

I say to hell with the general population's view, consider more the possible damage to yourself as someone who isn't old enough to start messing with your hormones. There are legal, nonhormonal substances that can give you an edge in your workouts. Plus, chances are the steroids won't give you...

Yeah, that's one way to put it.

    Superdrol

Red Yeast Rice with CoQ10, by Now Foods. Policosanol, by Now Foods. Omega 3, by Now Foods. Garlic (odor controled), by Now Foods. Celery Seed Extract, various manufacturers. Good for blood pressure and cholesterol it seems. Nolvadex, various manufacturers. Nolvadex blocks estrogen in...

    CLA quality

Oddly enough I was thinking the very same thing about myself. I guess now all we have to do is living in a glass house and sleep on wood chips and CLA will be a good deal for us.

    PH's and HST

Four weeks of M1T will have your liver dripping out of your anus in small, bloody chunks. Gains from Superdrol top out at week two or three for most so it doesn't make much sense running it beyond that. Both M1T and Superdrol will destroy your lipid profiles and if you don't do something pre...

    CLA quality

I thought CLA was the ultimate EFA? Conjugated linoleic acid, right? Is it just EPA and DHA, but don't these two combine or metabolize somehow into CLA? But then I guess that's what makes in nonessential. My bad. :D

    CLA quality

There could be differences, but I think the main point and something I just recently learned myself is that CLA supplementation isn't the best way to go about getting EFAs or their benefits. Odd but apparently true. There was a recent thread about this, search for EFA and see what pops up.

    EFA recomendations

So basically fish oil and flax oil along with a diet with varied good fat intake is the best way to go?

    EFA recomendations

Cool deal, thanks. I've also been reading about hemp oil and oil mixes, like the 3-6-9 oil caps from Now Foods. I love it when a supplement is effective and cheap to allow for a little experimentation.

    EFA recomendations

Yeah, I use the Now Foods fish oil caps. I spread the dose out, 6 caps, 2 caps 3 times a day. Don't know if there's any benefit to dosing either way, I'm just used to divided doses for various reasons. One thing I was wondering about, and maybe Aaron will know, is that I had heard it's always...

    Superdrol

It's in a gray area. It's not specifically named in the ammended steroid control act that was recently passed, but that could change at the drop of a dime as the language of the act probably technically included it. Don't ask for sources, on most boards mods don't want to risk it. Plus recently...

    EFA recomendations

So fish oil is a good source of omega 3 but not EFAs, nor is FSO a good source because of the generally low conversion and cost to get the required amounts. So what's the alternative sources? Is supplementing directly with CLA a good idea? It's basically twice as expensive as flax and fish oil...

    how young to start training?

Sport specific training is a good idea too. In basketball, plyometrics are good. When people say sport specific training it's basically just training to the sport. For example there's no need for a lineman in football to be able to run around the field 20 times, so it doesn't make sense to have...

    Superdrol

It was developed as an alternative to M1T. Basically they wanted similar mass gains but less effect on the liver. As far as oral steroids go it's a good choice. One effect you should be aware of is it's massive effect on lipid profiles. Two to three weeks seems to be the optimal cycle length...

    EFA, CLA, and FAQ

If I remember right they do. they have a mild effect on mitochondira and peroxiome (sp?) proliferation and activity, which helps burn fatty acids. I think this is the basis for the Designer Supplement product Melting Point, a fat loss product, which has been described as a modified efa complex...

What creates the turtle belly look?

All body builders eat big. The pros actually get paid by sponsors to do it. But, not all body builders have the turtle belly, because not allbody builders have used a lot of GH or IGF. When the cells in your intestines start proliferating along with your muscles, you'll see a true turtle belly.
