    This has never been proven. There has been no research that shows frequent feeding better control BS. In fact some research shows just the opposite. Overall there is no conclusion.

    Sounds like hypoglycemia to me. This may be more pronounced with a larger BS surge from more calories. Insulin sensitivity tends to decrease throughout the day as well.

    The general (US) population is Zn and Mg deficient. Diets do not include enough nuts, veges and seafood for RDA's. This is regardless of utilization rates accompanied with exercise. Hard to find great sources of these minerals as well. Unless you like daily servings of oysters. ;)

    ZMA is only effective if you have a deficiency in Zinc or Mg. It is worthless if you don't. A majority of athletes have these deficiencies. Take it with a grain of salt.

    Find what works through trial and error. Only growth stim I can get with my bi's (bad genetics, little wrists, elbows etc.) is concentration durls and one arm curls in front of the body.

    That is a great question. I am in week 7 of a cutting cycle and my appetite is huge. It is very difficult to stay the course. My guess is leptin is too low with 7 weeks of 2100 calories at 202 pounds.I have a 12 hour refeed on Sundays, but by Tuesday I am starving again.

    Not much bang for the buck. If you are a bigger person the dosages can be large. It is very expensive. I was duped into trying it and it was worthless IMHO.

    Iron OD is chronic. If you cut down now, you need not worry. Cut those multi's in half and save some $$. ;)
