    Looking good..As i dont have to energy to calculate total protein intake is say that you may want to tweak it up a little bit. Make sure you get 1g of protein / lbs . Also i would suggest to eat more solid food rather than consuming shakes throughout the day. How much do you get fibers?

    i depends on your nutritional and training factors. Also if stop eating and training, catobolism eats you all the time. Thus if you want to stop catobolism during night time eat slow proteins before hitting bed.

    If you are trying to gain mass why do you want to keep the amount of protein that low? Building muscles will require extra intake of proteins. You can manage with that amount protein but it will be hard to gain anything

    I eat several times a day, usually 6-7 meals. This is for the consistency of bloodsugar and insulin levels in my body. Trying to hit more carbs to first meals of the day and cutting down towards the night except with recovery drink including 0,5g/lbs of carbs

    Sloppy/free form is never acceptable. All movements should be done accordingly. Why squats should be done in good form and biceps can be done more sloppy?

    Ok...still i would suggest more reps as you havent had much stress on your legs lately and i also assume that you want to add more muscle mass rather than plain strenght?
