    It is suggested in the HST FAQ to go high with protein, low with carbs, in the first postworkout shake. Then one hour later fill up with the main feed of carbs. At least that's how I interpreted it. Zack

    Protein

    On high protein days I usually go with approx 400 g, on low protein days 150g. On hyperdiet(bulk) I always have high protein intake, on hypodiet(cut) I go 3 high /3 low. Zack

    Another friend of mine looks like a badger. Short limbs you know... Cool. Anyway, fructose... I have a mixture of fructose and maltodextrine, don't know the exact makeup, but the GI is really low. Should I throw it away? Or could I use some, lets say 30-50 g on an empty stomach, 30 minutes...
