    I feel no pain when i do those, it just cracks. Also, today i tried doing them with my elbows closer to my body and i didn't hear any cracking. Does it have something to do with my rotor cuff strength and shouylder stability or am i pinching a ligament or something.

    I just finished my first cycle, and ive gained 2-3 pounds of muscle with no appreciable fat gain. But i guess the gains wouldn't be as pronounced because i didn't strategically decondition from my 3 day, 8-12 rep scheme before i started my cycle.

    I appreciate your response. I used to train around 75 percent of my one rep max, and i just finished my first week of 10s. The last workout was the first one i actually felt somewhat sore from the next da, so hopefully this soreness is some sort of indicator of microtrauma and this translater...
