whaT ABOUT if the whey is not lactose free? have u mix oatmeal with whey powder and does this help to alleviate the problem?

yesterday i drink a mixture of whey skim milk ice cream pb and i drink half mixture before and another after wo. at night i get abdominal pain.and each time i dink whey i get it. i can drink milk without problem.is it the quality of whey?what digestive enzymes u advise?

boggy so delaying the rapid absorption of whey prevents gas problem? why do you think whey cause this problem? i plan to use skim milk +whey powder+pb+cocoa powder about 1 hour before wo? do you think it s a good idea?
