    Vinegar anyone

I've started playing with vinegar recently myself, adding it here and there in my diet, which isn't too hard since I've always liked it. Some things I do: 2 Tblspoons white vinegar, a squirt of lemon juice, and some water to dilute it, goes down pretty easily. Red wine vinegar, chopped...

    Ryan Reynolds

Anther possiblity: was he actually tested for body fat percentage? Sometimes Hollywood exaggerates a little ;) So maybe he was really 6-7%, still impressive, but not 4%

    Excersise Help and Caloric Intake

Get a bar and some plates, look for used stuff in the classifieds or garage sales, you can find some great deals. Then you can deadlift and sissy squat as much as you can handle, without any other equipment.

    zig zag versus greater increments

Smaller increments are better for strength, larger are better for hypertrophy, within reason of course.

    flat dumbell press

I dug up that thread you mentioned, interesting stuff. I guess I'll have to re-think my theory, though I haven't let go completely ;) The only thing I'm hanging on to is if you can de-emphasize the lower pec with an incline, the dip or decline could de-emphasize the upper pec?

    flat dumbell press

Hmm, seems counterintuitive that the upper pecs would be as involved in dips as the lower. It certainly doesn't feel that way. Do you have any links that back up your point, some EMG results or something?

    Cardio and SD

I think an hour walk would be fine, it's not that strenuous.

    Had to tweak the program

One other thing you might try, if you do want to do 5's again, or maybe even with the 8's that O.G. suggested, you might want to add a burn set of 15's after some of your worksets in the lower rep ranges.

    flat dumbell press

You should be doing both, not either or, because they hit different muscles. Dips are more for the lower pecs, inclines are more for the upper.

    15 RM

Finding your maxes doesn't have to be exact, but you should be able to get pretty close. In your example, of you use 90kg but feel you could do more, then just rest a few minuets to recover or go on to another exercise, then go back and try another set with more weight. The best SD is doing...

1 1/2 months of cutting on HST need advice?

I don't know why people think the ab muscle is such a differnt animal that it will hypertrophy from hundreds of reps with little to no weight, it makes no sense. Reduce body fat and progressively load them just like every other muscle in your body if you want them to stand out more, end of story.

    Partial Reps

Absolutely Robefc. For pulling movements, the strong range and the stretched range are the same, so it's a double bonus. For any pressing movements the strong range is not the stretch range.
