Gotta love online translators "912: optimized for the Diaet This elevator control plan is optimized for the Diaet. Not however for the last fine cross section or for slow parliamentary allowance after the slogan "sustainable development". 912HST is created the absolute...

    inner-higher area of the chest!!?

With lighter weights you can hold dumbells between your thighs, if you cross your legs you can lock the dumbell pretty well just above your knees. After about 30lbs it gets distracting for me, so I used a lifting belt and a section of chain for a while, then I searched on the net and found a...

    inner-higher area of the chest!!?

Cable cross overs are more isolation movements. They are good for loading the muscle while stretched, and good for contracted pulses. However, they won't put as much overall tension on the muscle as dips. How are you having problems doing weighted dips?

    Unable to SD/Physical Job

Yeah, figure out what you are lifting at work, i.e. your 15 rm, your 10rm, etc. If during work you're lifting around your 15 rm, you can still SD and then start with your 10's. Obviously not as effective as a true SD, but what can you do, you have to work. My work load varies each day, from...

    Different HSt routine

Yeah, that puzzles me as well. I've always done flys and all loaded stretch work after my regular work set, (dips or bench), because I feel it would make it harder to use enough weight on the work set. Jules?

    Loaded Stretches

Putting a load on a muscle in a stretched position. Example: Dumbell fly fully extended as low as your muscle will allow.

    Different HSt routine

Joe, can you do declines? 9to5, try dips or declines instead of flat and incline. Also loaded stretches with flys.

    Is a Calorie a Calorie?

Well I'd say a calorie as a unit of energy is always the same, but it seems that it takes more work to "get" the calorie out of protien than it does to get the calorie out of fat or carbs. I think of it this way, there is one cookie sitting on a table, (fat), one sitting on a shelf in...

    Different HSt routine

What about dips? And I'd do deadlifts once or twice a week, because they put a big load on the upper body and would still keep your legs in the game somewhat.

Specializing and metabolic stress while cutting

A few years ago I read a study done on rats. Even on a starvation diet they were able to grow muscle. I don't remember the parameters of the study, nor can I find it, but I did read it, I swear!

More frequency than uve ever seen!

I've addressed this before because I too have a physical job, though mine varies in intensity throughout the year. Basically you can forget about doing 15's, because you are doing them every day. It's going to take away some of your energy for training as well. You probably won't need to do any...
