    What do you think?

You can, but your tummy may not like you. ;) Ever had food poisoning? No fun at all, stuff coming out of both ends...at the same time!

Anybody would know why this happening to my chest?

This is the original statement I'm arguing against. He specifically says pre-fatigue to cause failure, not provide extra volume. Again, to me, this points to fatigue=hypertrophy, not load=hypertrophy.

    Dual Factor hypertrophy training?

Well since you are starting with speculation that has no proof at all..... Aaahhh, I can't get involved in this. I would like to thank Mr. Novak for his measured voice of reason, even if no one wants to listen....

Anybody would know why this happening to my chest?

Hmmm, but if the load is the same, how is it going to put more strain on the target muscle, (pec)? I mean the sarcolemma doesn't care how tired the muscle feels, it just needs to be stretched with an unaccustomed load to cause micro trauma, right? Our theory, in this case, is that his over...

    first day of first cycle

Other options: Just do one week of 15's instead of 2 weeks. or Dont use isolation movements like bicep curls for the first week of 15's, or during the 15's at all, unless you need the lactic acid for joint issues.

Aaron, of course you are correct. After looking at the references, (instead of the chicks), I'm not sure how he came to his conclusions.

    What do you think?

Sushi is usually, (should be), very fresh fish that is carefully inspected and carefully handled, so the risk is lower, however it does exist.

    What do you think?

dang it, you sucked me back in with this one. 80 years ago? 80 years ago they were still arguing about evolution and whether or not blacks were a separate species for christs sake!! I guess some are still arguing the same things today though  What credible medical professional today...

Anybody would know why this happening to my chest?

But what you are describing is following the fatigue=hypertrophy model, not the load=hypertrophy model, isn't it? If the pec is pre-exhausted with a lighter load, say a fly, it won't be able to handle the greater load during a press, so either you fail at the press or the arm and shoulder take...

Wife? Girlfriend :) She hasn't started modeling for T-nation yet ;) Maybe she can be a HSN model

    Article: Post workout nutrition

Ok, it's a T-Nation article, but there were some interesting points brought up that I'd like some other input on. Specifically: #5. Basically, it's better to wait an hour or so after working out to get your protein than taking it right after workout. #8. Whey protein isn't that fast a protein...

    What do you think?

Wow. If your grandparents ate mostly grains you can't eat a piece of fish? Nah, I'm not even going to get involved in this one.

    What do you think?

Wow, what a crock. This guy is wacked. That is total nonsense about cooking food. Ever heard of boiling or steaming or baking? No burning involved, and many veggies have nutrient availability increased by cooking, not to mention killing parasites and bacteria in meat. Paleo = new age fantasy...

Anybody would know why this happening to my chest?

I'm not sure about that. It seems that his arm and shoulder are already taking too much of the load, if you pre-fatigue the pec the arm and shoulder take even more of the load. If anything I would think you'd want to pre-fatigue the arm and shoulder to put more load on the pec, though I don't...

O.G., (or anyone), have there been any changes in your PSA levels since taking the androgel? I remember you saying they had gone up a little at one point.

    Test Levels

:D :D :D :D Yeah, I hit the jackpot with this one. Now I have to keep up. The worst part is that I started her on HST but she gains muscle too easily, while I struggle. Now I have her just doing some cardio to stay lean. We're going to see if she can do some fitness modeling, the potential is...

    Test Levels

Dan, what is your status these days? I read the old threads and am wondering how your test levels are and if you are still taking the adrogel. Please update. I have yet to investigate medically but I'm wondering if I my be a candidate: 41 years old, having trouble adding lean mass without...

There used to be a great HRT forum here: http://www.sculptedbyiron.com/ but I can't seem to access it now, maybe you have to register to see it.

Anybody would know why this happening to my chest?

My guess is your over developed right arm and shoulder are taking the load off your right pec. Dips would take the shoulder out of the equation, as would decline presses. I'd try dips, and add a set of declines but only with the right hand. Maybe try flys with the right hand only during your...

Why bother with oblique twists? Unless some resistance machine is being used I doubt they do anything, and if you are using resistance and inducing hypertrophy then it seems you will end up growing your waist.
