    I find I burn a lot of cal during the 15's. I'd eat between 3200-3400 cal and try to put on some mass/fat then worry about cutting next cycle. Also your stats are DANG close to mine

    No there is nothing wrong with this method. However an alternative would be to use a decline bench. You could decline bench and lift progressively until the last two days of 5's then dip with the chairs. For negative dips you could do a couple of dips then use your legs to lift yourself up...

    No, just stop short of failure Your next cycle would be 8/10/10/12/12/15. If you only lift 8 reps with 15 that's ok and use the same weight your cycle. I also have had to use the same weight for another cycle with lateral raises :mad:

    Randy, I have cut back to 1 set of negatives and can get about 5 workouts in before my joints and tendons are trashed. I lift the first few reps then rep out until the weight just falls.

    my vote would be to add triceps to #1 and bi's to #2 and my reason is because the muscle is already "warmed up" from the earlier exercise.
