    To dextrose or not to dextrose.

    carb = sugar well, I use dextrose pre and post workout...there are folkes who report betther fat-free gains with complex oats...but 1. I dont think there is a huge difference and 2. do you really want to at crappy oats to shakes...no thank you... I want to drink it, not to chew it...

    if you cut, not to eat carbs in the morning when you get up could be beneficial (considering the rest of your diet) i'd get in a shake with around 20-30g carbs and the same amount of whey protein, that usually gets you through a 1hour workout - without the carbs i dont work out half an hour...

    a pm from bryan: some people at 1fast400 forums told me that they got fat when they used dextrose (or maltodextrine) post workout, so they switched to complex carbs (oatmeal) which was betther... I am still wondering about the post workout strategy...because all the articles I know recommend...
