    a 2 day splitt means what exactly? an am/pm splitt or to train just 1/2 body per workout session? well no wonder your lower back hurts if you squat 6x per week! i can do squats maybe 3-4 per week without stressing my lb too much

    since the high-frequency-days are going on, how often do you work out your full body per week? i usually train my whole body 4-5x per week, depending on time and goal...i found out that i get better results if i work out every muscle more then 3x...but 6x is too much on the other hand...

    problems with the forum?!

    sorry...don't want to waste a thread but bryan is not responding to my mail... so what is wrong with the forum? it is lagging like hell...the ul/dl speed is horrible....after every click i need to wait between 20 - 120 seconds to move on.... am i the only one having problems? not only today...

    post workout i'd say fruits, or milk...but i think at least post workout shakes are the better option because usually you should eat 1-2 hours later the same amount of food again anyway - this for carbs pre workout i'd also prefer simple carbs but oatmeal should be fine if you consume it some...
