    The sample routine does have shoulder press. Maybe you're looking at a different HST routine, regardless, do some kind of shoulder press as your main move for shoulders.

    how many meals a day?

    Been doing a PSMF lately. I tend to eat it all at 1 or 2 meals. I'd rather starve/drink coffee all day and feel good at night before going to bed then feel starved all day. Just a personal thing though.

    I originally heard that in t-mag somewhere. It was a little different. Supposedly he went to the woods near Munich Germany somewhere, and did 50 set of squats. There were girls there, they bbq'd and ate a bunch of meat, and had an orgy. That's what i heard. Lol. Don't sound too bad to me.

    I think a press alone is enough for overal delt devolpment. I believe it gets worked as a whole muscle. I do clean and press for my shoulder needs, and laterals for metabolic work. I utilize clean and press ad my press because i can add more load that way.

    Basically ratio's don't matter. What's important is total calorie intake, and meeting your requirements. 1g/lb of bw for protein and your essential fats.

    I use them. When i abbreviated my routine about 8 months ago, i switched from Military Press and Shrugs to Clean and Press. As said, killing 2 birds with one stone.

    what age

    On Nov. 26th i'm 20, but i'm 19 right now. Been lifting since i was 14 for football, got serious right before Senior year when i was 17, quit football and water polo went full out bodybuilding. And i've tracked my progess with pictures ever since, even when i first started truly 'bodybuilding'.

    do u full squat or not?

    I do them fully as well. When i switched to full squats, i had to drop the weight quite a bit at first. But the weight has came back up and i enjoy full squats more than parallel squats.

    Thanks, i think i got that. I'll stick with the more moderate amount of reps and keep doing my sets of 15's/pulses for now.

    I think alot of Italian style meals could be easily made into very healthy meals. Think pasta, tomatoe sauce, ground meat, olive oil, a salad on the side or some vegetables incorporated. Any ideas?

    Here's some meals i've been eating lately. Some quicker than others. Breakfast 6 eggs fruit 2 cups milk veggies Lunch 2 cans tuna fruit 2 cups milk veggies Dinner 1lb beef fruit 2 cups milk veggies Don't ask why i'm eating in this manner, just felt like doing it.
