    measuring chest size?

Chest measurement --- like measuring for a sports jacket measures everything - pecs, lats ect. That is just the way it is. If you want to get specific you can put a ruller between or under your pecs and measure the "Depth". Trouble is this measurments will increase at very small...

    Worked out Teusday...

Man that happens to us all. Just pick up where you left off. This is a 5 year adventure. Or a life long journey. There will be bumbs in the road. One thing I like about HST is I don't feel as guilty about missing a workout. Sometimes the rest is actually a good thing. :) Bob

    Weight lifting Humor

I heard about these on the radio -- NPR (National Public Radio). The discussion was about paralell web ad campagins. Where companies can put more "racey" stuff on the web, that they might not want on TV. European advertising is raceyer than U.S. stuff. But this is a real campagin in...

    Customizing HST

Vicious should still answer this. But TUT is time under tension, not continuous time under tension -- just the amount of time. That is a very difficult concept for those of us used to grimaceing our way through that last rep. The myth of the last rep has been propigated by the muscle mags --...

    4 week cycle

Wow - so one leg leg press is safe "heavy and deep" But you are also saying heavy and deep one arm bench press is easy on the rotator cuff? Never tried that. Seems like it would be hard to keep one's ballance on the bench. Did I get it right?

    4 week cycle
