    I'm taking an omega-3 integrator in pills but for money issues I'm switching to fish oil. I need to know how much oil I should take to have the same EPA and DHA and also which fish oil is the best and less dangerous for long term use.     No way to get Lucozade here but maybe I'm pretty sure to find some good grape juice .I will mix it with honey or pure maple syrup;I also found that my supermarket has some can of cooked wheat and I was thinking to add it to the mix.
