    Thanks JS, that is what I'm doing trying also to minimize rest btween sets (if I can do 4 reps I do 3 wait less than a conventional set and do 3 again) but I was wondering if there was some better way to have all my reps done (smth like rest pause).

    the same is for me... I thought that was normal anyway isnt it? I mean when I get hungry (which mostly happens while dieting I feel really sleepy and also I feel legs and arms 'heavy' so that even walking becomes a pain. Isn't that normal when being such low on energy while food is lacking?

    I used to have the same problems for PW/O shakes. Make sure your shakes are 10% denses at most, I mean if you add a total of 40 grams of powders (including carbs proteins etc) add at least 400ml water (something more like 450 is better), this helped me alot.
