I thought this was an interesting article. I remember Bryan recommending getting in a hot tub on your days off. I'm wondering if that's related. I've never heard of heat shock protein HSP72 before. http://www.napa.ufl.edu/2000news/heat.htm

    protein pulse feeding

Okay, I took 46 g of protein before workout with 2 tblsp of creatine. Then, after my workout I took about 184 g of protein with about a half a cup of cottage cheese. Does this sound like a good way to do protein pulse feeding? Should I ditch the cottage cheese or is it good to have post workout?

My advice would be to see if you can find a doctor with some interest in bodybuilding. Doctors can be such a strong source of influence.

why cottage cheese and how much?

From what I've read, it sounds like you add cottage cheese to a protein shake and have it before you go to bed and it slows down protein absorption to last through the night. Does that sound right? How much cottage cheese would I eat with say 46 grams of protein? Half a cup?

green tea extract for weight loss
