    Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Of course I got excited when it came out being it was reported to raise endogenous test and is an herb, not a pro-hormone. It did nothing, not even an increase in sex drive.

    methyldienolone

If you are referring to the Designer Supplements product, Methy-Dien, I have used it. I got up to using 6mg a day with no physiological change at all. After cessation I did develop slight gyno and lethargy, and my liver values were up, but I was drinking at the time too, so... In my...

    2 week AAS cycle

The problem with a short cycle using short acting esters is that right when you are ready to grow, you stop. The gains you do make will fade for the reason Blade said. So, yes your HPTA will recover quicker, but you will make minimal, short lived gains. IMO

    Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

In the thread in the general training area I did relate this to possible AAS use, but that was over 12 weeks ago and had used PCT. For about 6-8 weeks I was drinking heavy. I have since quit hoping that I will rebound. I will see what happens in four weeks.

    Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

I met with my MD again today and was candid about my current behaviors. After some discussion, and some research, we both decided that I need to quit drinking, period. That is the first course of action to see if my biweekly binges is the culprit behind my low-T. I believe it is. My symptoms...

I drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of milk during workout

You drink 1/2 to 3/4 a gallon of milk during a workout!!?? How do you keep from puking or crapping your pants? I can't even drink that much water during a workout.

    Curing heartburn?

I have GERD and I take Prilosec OTC when needed. It does not work right away, but it works longer.

    Creatine

I mix 10 grams with 20 oz. of Gatorade and drink it during my workout. The sugar and sodium, coupled with the exercise induced insulin sensitivity of the muscles make this seem like a good way to take it for me. I used to to just take it with warm water pre-workout, which worked okay as well.

    creatine

If you haven't already tried it, try using micronized creatine before trying a creatine transport mix like I mentioned before. It may be the only change you need to make.

    creatine

A lot of that is marketing hype. Sure, there are products that include dextrose, ALA, and other insulin mimickers, that may help increase creatine absorption. These products can also make you fat and are pretty pricey for something that may not even be necessary.

    creatine

As Aaron said, most people will have some results, its the measurability that makes people believe they are non-responders. The reason some respond better than others can be related to natural creatine levels of that person and creatine transporters of that person. I am sure we all vary from...

Dan: I have never heard of anyone having success using Animal Paks, so your experience is probably good advice.

    Animal Pak

The FAQ they included is questionable. They are taking the more is better route which is not always good, even for "elite" athletes. The product (if it meets label claims) includes some reported performance enhancing herbs and such, and it does have some amino acids and EFA's in it...

    Whey & Creatine

HSN creatine offers best cost-to-benefit ratio around, IMO. I also use HSN proteins and am currently using the meal replacements as well. HSN protein is pretty tasty and a good value when looking at protein content per serving. I also use MG Development's line of protein, which is pretty good...

    Overtraining systemic vs. localized?

Another issue to consider is immune suppression due to overtraining. CNS fatigue in and of itself will likely only lead to loss of strength and a decrease in performance, both detrimental to hypertrophy mind you, but immune suppression is why people who overtrain end up sick.

    Falling asleep after eating

You need to look into hyperinsulinemia as a possible cause of your post meal tiredness. It is the usual cause.

    calories and hst individual blocks

1-2 lbs. a week is ideal. Much more than that and you will likely be holding water and beginning to store more fat. An easy way to adjust calories up or down is by 50 kcal a day for five days, then hold steady at that level for a bit and see how your body responds. This is not an exact science...

    calories and hst individual blocks

This line of thought is correct. A steady increase would be advised over an acute increase in calories. For one, an increase of merely 250 kcals a day may add the desired muscle to your frame without the added bodyfat. Only increase calories to a level where you can make steady increases in...

Nolvadex: Cost-to-benefit, much better than any OTC anti-e. It is getting increasingly cheaper too.
