    actually 2100 kcals worth of lean meat and veg is not 'easy' to get through. If you add pasta, rice and bread to your diet you will get through 2100 kcal far more easily with far less volume. If you eat loads of 'junk' food, then 2100kcals can be consumed in just a couple of meals.
