    For pullup strenght there is a great program on the web that you can use with a training partner. You basically do 1 rep then let your partner go. Do 2 reps then he does 2 reps. You do 3 reps he does 3 reps. you do 4 reps he does 4 reps..and etc. until one of you cant go anymore you reach...

    Does HST work on a split routine?

    Stick with the basic HST routine. If you can get the best results out of 3 days why bother with 6:confused: Enjoy that time doing other things...that how I see it. At least for the married family guys..hehe

    How to skip the 15's? Find a dumbell rack pick one dumbell with # 15 on it. lay on ground with sufficient room to jump (precisley 2 or 3 feet) start with right foot in front of left and then jump over dumbell! There ya go skipping 15's!!! Sorry for the humour but I couldn't resist! :D

    HST and Weigt Loss

    I used HST to cut this year and had great results. What worked for me was staying with compounds working mainly in the 10 rep range and supersetting all muscle groups with only 30 seconds rest between sets. Definatly works and will make you puke! Joe :D
