    Agree with Fausto. I like 10 and 20 degree incline. Or do an elevator workout. Start at your highest of say 30 degrees and go down each set to flat!

    Looks like a lot to me corvette. I think by just hitting the weights and being really strict with your diet you should be able to get down to 8% or so...without cardio...then if you get stuck do the cardio.

    You are right!!! you know I was seriously overtraining back then...and I was more bulky...not as lean or defined as HSt has made me neither.

    You could always up the volume, but before I did that I would just try to up the intensity...but dont go to failure. I know what you mean, eventually after you lift long enough you just dont get that sore. I have been lifting for 12 years and i dont get sore unless I really push it sometimes...

    I know this is wrong forum but I post in correct forum and know one answers. Anyway I am thinking if getting on Muscle Milk for protein shake b/c it tastes great...but noticed the high fat content. Anybody have any suggestions good or bad? Thanks, again I appologize for wrong forum.
