    Now that I am coming to end of a cycle I started expierementing a little and I have up the volume some. The thing is it is getting away from HST a bit but I feel great and sore afterwards I havent been sore in a while. Here is the routine, that i am doing. 10 degree bench press 12 reps 10 reps...

    jwbond Let us know how it goes. I agree and increased frequency is good...but this could be a little extreme...only one way to find out and that is try it. you may want to get someone opinion like Dans on this type of volume. He has some great studies on frequency and training.

    If you are 23 % definatly cut. I would cut down to 12 % if I could. Then bulk back up. Especially if you have never been 12% or lower. You will look twice as big. plus you can gauge your bulking cycle easier going forward once you are lean. 23% bf and still bulking just doesn't sound...

    My advice is if you are below 15% bodyfat. I would bulk. Eat Eat and Eat getting your protein in. Workout wise keep it simple. Squats, bench, rows, shoulder press all for 2 or 3 sets. start with 15's and follow the program.

    27 years old. Been training since 16. Started seriously bodybuilding when I was 18. Had phenomenal results at first with Creatine and standard high volume programs. Continued to train that way up into college years, eventually all the overtraining caught up with me and I got injured. Started HST...
