    Name your best and worst muscles

    Great topic. :) Best: Calves. They are long, full and over 17 inches and grow with no direct work at all. All I do is squat and deadlift and they grow. Upper back is also pretty good. Worst: Biceps. Not much of a peak.

    Stick with HST, do the compounds, eat enough and you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much stronger you'll be in a year. Hit that deadlift HARD.

    I would bet the farm a 405x10 lbs deadlift will stimulate more hypertrophy than a 600x10 lbs leg press.  Yes, the leg press will stimulate hypertrophy in the legs, but nothing for the upper back, shoulders and arms. I agree with Rakki, the deadlift is King. I have done very slow deadlifts...

    AM/PM... I was wondering...

    That looks pretty good, though i would not squat and deadlift in the same workout. I would substitute the deadlift for the leg press in the PM workout. If you can, use different exercises though in the PM. For example, in the AM I do incline bench and rows and the PM i do dips and chins.
