    Yeah, it is a little heavy on the fat, especially the saturated fat. I personally would not use it. I like to add my fats in myself, like with fish, flax, or olive oil. Have you thought of ON Whey Double chocolate? It tastes awesome, I think, and if you mix it with about a cup of lowfat milk...

    By work, I meant aerobic work. I try to shy away from classifying all aerobics as 'cardio', since I usually dont hit my cardio zone. I try to stay at about 70% MHR.

    That's what I thought. Thanks for the clarification. Right now I go 2x a day, 3 times a week. I like the 2x a days, but I figure if I went with something like you are doing on my next cycle, 2x a days would have to go out the window, and maybe 3-4 times a week would be better for managing fatigue.
