    HSN Energy Stack

Make one. :D I need something that will compete (and is cheaper, and maybe even better) than NeuroStim. Use all of that brain power to make something good .

No strength from HST = Cause to worry?

You shouldn't lose any strength when doing HST. My guess is it's the 'different causes' that factored in. With size comes strength.

    Any DC Users Out There?

Just wondering... I'm thinking of starting DC, but I just don't like the idea of that much protein. I'm definately more of a high carb, moderate protein guy, and I gain well with that type of diet. Is all the protein a must with DC?

    Best Tricep Builders

No such thing as your "inner chest". Anyways, forgot about dips, I do those as well (parallel bar). Anybody do the other variation of dips on a chair or bench?

On my last bulking cycles I used myself as a ginny

I feel the urge to try protein cycling now . Three weeks of ~50g a day, then 3 weeks of ~250g a day. Hmmmmmm...

For those who like to lift heavy

Ok, thanks for the confirmation. Yeah I'd say I'm a bit better of a trainer than the average teen at bb.com :D. Form importance is something that is overlooked by so many people. After reading Beyond Brawn twice, I think I got it nailed in my head. A lot of parallels can be drawn from BB and DC...

For those who like to lift heavy

Alright, thanks. Yeah Beyond Brawn is a great book. I've done 20 rep squats for a few months last year, they're nuts. The thing is, DC "experts" have told me that I'm in no way experienced enough to use the program.

For those who like to lift heavy

Oh alright. That makes things a lot easier :D. Nvm, it's not relevant anymore anyways. Ok now this is the only part that confuses me. So you do the 3 weeks of 5s. Now you do a 5RM testing workout. First off, is this workout just 1 set per exercise, or still 2-3 if that's the way you did it...

For those who like to lift heavy

Are you talking about HST there?  I thought you were orginally talking about Max-OT, but then you mentioned Wednesday and Friday as if they had some significance, so are you talking about HST there (2 full body workouts)? Sorry for my confusion. So I take it now that the best way to do this is...

For those who like to lift heavy

Hmm...thinking more about Max-OT. What about this : First a 9-14 day SD. Then start Week 1 with plain old Max-OT, with something like 5-7 reps. Now DOMS should be pretty bad, but that's why there's nothing more. Contrast showers should help with this a little also. Week 2 you add in pulses...

Thanks guys, I'll check it out. Now I have to get going on a 1000 word article on the 'Importance of Milk' .

For those who like to lift heavy

I posted this in another thread, but it makes more sense to post it here : I workout alone in my basement, and I don't have access to a training partner. I can't do negatives, can I do all cluster reps? I'd really like to do negs, but I don't think I can without a partner. I have a bench, a...
