    You say that when you're parallel you may be causing too much strain.  I don't know if you mean at that particular part, or if you're ONLY going down until your upper legs are parallel to the ground, but if that's what you're doing then you may want to lighten the load and squat all the way...

    I don't think it matters that it's your first cycle... you should still SD after so that you can avoid RBE... I believe the only time that it might be ok to skip SD is if you're cutting.

    I believe it depends on what kind of form you use. Generally if your elbows are flared out and your body is leaning forward, more work will be directed to your chest. If your elbows are more in towards your body and your body is a little more upright, then much more stress goes to the triceps...

    So just to clarify.. it is absolutely necessary to go through SD before you start your first cycle correct? I just wanna make sure 'cause there's no way I'm staying out of the gym for 9 days if I don't absolutely have to!
