    PROBLEM with when to SD

    I think you should extend it for the 10 weeks. You might find that you keep growing, and the worst thing that can happen is you maintain where you're at for 2 weeks. If you SD for 4 weeks then you're bound to lose some muscle. So extend it for the 10 weeks. That's my two cents anyway.

    I've never done the anabolic diet and HST at the same time, but I have done the anabolic diet... bulking wasn't successful for with it. I get much better results when I keep the carbohydrate intake up. Some people get good results with the anabolic diet, but I wouldn't recommend it.

    Right. Failure is not necessarliy needed at the end of a rep range. The most important thing is that the load is constantly increasing over time.

    Please explain why 15s arent for growth

    When you use that many reps you get more lactic acid build up which aids in tendon repair and stuff like that. If your SD was long enough you should still be able to grow during the 15s though. Remember to make sure and get a good burning sensation during the 15s too.

    If you start your cycle off with 10's instead of 15's, should your SD still be the same length.  I'd assume so, but I'm just making sure 'cause as we all know, SD is all that is bad!!
