    I would think you'd have to go a lot lower than that to elicit a kind of response from the body to put it in a state of "survival at all costs". But regardless, you'd still lose weight...just maybe not the kinda weight youd want.

    Planning on bulking from now until March, 5 months/20 weeks...so an overall gain of 20+ lbs and maintain current bf% I'll target a goal weight of 180lbs 20 weeks will give me just 2 full (8 week) cycles and 8 or 9 day SD's thrown in...after which I'll start another cycle with emphasis on fat loss.
