    Cutting with HST

low carbs leads to weight loss, fatigue, motivational issues, loss of strength... Lol But it leads to weight loss!

    Cutting with HST

Don't be misled by "more energy" to digest protien guys... All that means is it takes longer to digest, which may help with dieting... Or it may not. Carbs while dieting more than likely has a baring on weight loss when it comes to the general population, or teenage girls. But we are athletes...

How are your shoulders with the upright rows? I gave up on them a long time ago... I think if there is any separation in the AC, push exercises would be suspect... But that row! I dunno....

Starting Hst Next Week, Insight Appreciated

Drop the Lat raises and instead do bent over rows... All those small increment Rep progressions would likely cause too much overlap to be effective.

Scheduling with school is the major issue... Working at home is way more convenient. I'll see what I can figure out.

I'm still only going to target a 1lbs gain per week. Given a 300-500cal daily surplus, I'd like to see somewhere around 1.25lbs to 1.5lbs, the 0.5lbs hopefully being pure muscle. With that being the case, I promise I won't freak myself out if I'm 6 or 7lbs up the first month. :D

I redosed again just tonight... 3 days apart. Pharmacist was pretty iffy on whether 1 dose would be enough... Washed the bedding, vacuumed and disinfected everywhere, and paying particular attention to hand hygiene now. Kicked the dog outta the bed too.... He's not impressed.

Lol @ pinworms! Advanced or not, I think it's notoriously difficult for me to put on muscle, nutrition not withstanding. I think I'm a good candidate for high frequency... And I'm not getting any younger! Lol Okay... Upper/lower/day off, upper/lower/day off.... If I don't put on "massive...

I just read it the other day.... What did I miss? 2 days a week is pretty low frequency while trying to keep the volume inline. If I were doing full body workouts instead of splits, what would you tell me then?? 3 days a week or 2?

Nothing wrong with daily weighings... It was likely just the worm infestation I shat out. Lol I want to make sure I average 1lbs a week, hence the daily scale ritual. I don't want to step on the scale once a week and see that I'm suddenly up 6lbs from last week! And then make adjustments to my...

So instead of working my upper body once a week (old school) I'm working it twice a week... I wouldn't say that's wildly different. . Lol

    Wungun's Lifting And Eating Log

Holy cut and paste batman! That only gives me 2 days a week per muscle group... And 2 days rest per muscle group. Not far off the 1 day a week, old school muscle targeting spot! Lol Are you sure that's enough volume? Does that meet the chronic exposure requirements?
