    For example, doing deads one day, then squats the next exercise day... How do you typically follow? For example, if I'm doing 10lbs increments, 200lbs on my dead, then 210lbs on my squat, the next time on deads I go for 220lbs to keep the standard progression...? Or is it better to do, say...

    What I meant was, as low a body fat % as I'd likely ever want to go... Despite how big or small my frame is (lean mass). I'd be totally happy with 165, maybe 170lbs LBM. (Or single digit %)

    Still zeroing in on my "maintenance +bulk" calories... Went up 2lbs in 1st week. I'd like to think it's from 3500cal over maintenance AND 1lbs of muscle. But not likely... 2700 should still put me over maintenance... I'll see after I collect some more data over the coming days.

    I'm at the end of my 10rm block with PR's on most lifts... Fell short on my pull up's (but I want to go for it again) and my bench, while at a new PR, I feel like I got another 10lbs in me. What should I do? Do a 7th day workout? Just push for those exercises? Just move onto 5rm's? Thanks

    I do my OHP without the aid of a back rest, and it's risky... I can really feel my erectors and core muscles engage when I start throwing up the heavier reps. I have lower back issues as well, for a long time now :S

    Understandably... Fat loss without weight loss is the holy grail you might say. Lots of protein will help you achieve that, but without carbs/energy to work your skeletal musculature hard enough while in a deficit will also cause lean mass loss.... My thoughts
